PRODUCTINTRODUCTION:
The main active ingredient of K272 is bis(2,4,40 trimethylpentyl) phosphoric acid, which is a new acidic
phosphorus extractant with high selectivity for the separation of cobalt and nickel in sulfate and chloride media
Since the active ingredient of K272 is organic phosphonic acid, the metal extraction is realized by the cation ex-
change mechanism.In addition to the selective extraction of Co in the presence of Ni, K272can also extract other
metal ions under different pH values of the solution. K272 can be completely dissolved in aromatic or aliphatic
diluent, and it is very stable to heating, acid and alkali. K272 is not only used for the extraction and separation of
nickel and cobalt, but also for the extraction and separation of rare earth, gallium(Ga), indium (In), molybdenum
(Mo), germanium (Ge), zirconium (Zr) and other metals.
